Debriefing amidst overwhelm: workplace supervision

Introduction:

If supporting whānau is creating a sense of overwhelm for you, and you want the opportunity to debrief with a qualified workplace supervisor, I’m available for an hours’ supervision each month. This work can support you make sense of what’s going on and continue to do the best for your clients.

This offer is available to 3 kaimahi and will continue for 6 months from the date of our first meeting.

Professional Services from Marilyn Hunt:

• I am a Weltec-qualified, experienced supervisor who has worked as a supervisor in the NGO sector for over ten years, principally supporting NGO workers in the area of lived experience with mental health and addiction issues
